We operate multi-axis CNC turning and milling centers in our Istanbul workshop. We produce precision metal parts to customer drawings, samples, or reverse-engineered specifications.
Our CNC machining covers the full production cycle — from raw material or casting through to finished, inspected parts ready for delivery.
Turning & Milling
Multi-axis machining for complex geometries and tight tolerances
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) allows us to cut complex profiles in hardened and difficult-to-machine materials with exceptional precision.
This process is ideal for parts where conventional machining cannot achieve the required geometry or tolerance — particularly for hardened tool steels and exotic alloys.
Wire Cutting
Complex profiles in hardened materials — where CNC cannot reach
Our in-house welding and assembly capabilities allow us to deliver complete part solutions. We perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Multi-material press-fit assembly combines machined components of different alloys into finished subassemblies — ready to install on arrival.
TIG Welding
Complete assemblies — welded, pressed, inspected and ready to ship
Materials
Grey and ductile iron for glass industry molds and high-temperature components.
Carbon steel, alloy steel, and hardened tool steels for structural and wear components.
304 and 316 grades for corrosion-resistant applications and food-grade components.
Precision brass and bronze parts for bushings, fittings, and decorative applications.
Lightweight aluminum components for general industrial and assembly applications.
Specialist copper alloys for electrical and thermal conductivity applications.
Wire EDM cutting of hardened and exotic alloys where conventional machining is not possible.
Press-fit assemblies combining different metals — steel, bronze, brass — in a single component.
Industrial buyers choose Mavi Metalworks because our parts arrive correct, first time. We machine to tight tolerances and inspect before shipping.
For glass industry components, dimensional accuracy is not negotiable — a mold that is out of tolerance produces defective containers and unplanned downtime.
